The student ministry at First Baptist is designed to encourage, support, and challenge students in their walk with Jesus. Every student who attends our Wednesday night service or Sunday morning Connect Groups will have an opportunity to hear the gospel. We know that God’s word has the power to change lives, and we strive to live intentionally as vessels of His love. We are aligned with the rest of our church body in seeking to Invite Everyone, Invest in People, and Impact Eternity.

Every Wednesday night during the school year, students gather on the 3rd floor to play games, fellowship, worship through music, and hear a message from God’s word.  We have other fun events and trips that take place throughout the year. Some are just for fun and fellowship, others are solely focused on spiritual growth.

We go to a couple of different camps each summer, a retreat or two during the school year, and we have several different opportunities for students to do mission work—whether it be local, national, or international.

The Gospel is for everyone. No matter who you are or where you’ve come from, you are loved by God and designed to live in relationship with Him.  We hope to see you soon!
